Having attended Panache Dance Fitness classes since 2023, Sam is thrilled to be stepping into her Dance Captain role and joining the Panache instructor team. With a background in theatre and a deep love of the arts, Sam brings creativity, energy, and a passion for movement to every class. Before teaching dance fitness, Sam spent 15 years working in theatre as a stage manager, touring across the UK and beyond on everything from one-man shows to large-scale arena tours. Her lifelong passion for theatre, dance, and performance continues to inspire both her personal and professional life today. Through her brand, Actively Sam, she’s all about helping people reconnect with their bodies — to feel stronger, freer, and more alive through dance and mindful movement. Her classes are designed to lift your energy, boost your confidence, and leave you feeling recharged, grounded, and inspired.
